This "Fetish fantasy ultra breathable ball gag" is a good product not too big,or not too small just right,but the rubber ball has kind of a strong rubber taste to it when I put the ball gag in my mouth.I guess it's because it was brand new,and came out of the pack.I'm a half to find something to kill the taste,and smell of the ball gag.But other than that it's a good product.
